Dr.S.P.Thenmozhi,MBA, PhD,FDP IIM A

Dr. S. P. Thenmozhi is a distinguished academician and visionary leader with over 25 years of rich experience in academia, research, and consultancy. She holds an MBA and a Ph.D. in Management Sciences, and has further enhanced her academic leadership through a Faculty Development Program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
- Throughout her career, Dr. Thenmozhi has held key leadership roles including Head of Academics, Admissions, and HR Processes. She has also led the Research and Development Cell, fostering a strong research culture, and has served as Editor of two academic journals.
- In recognition of her dedication and impact, she has received awards for excellence in academic teaching and outstanding student results, as well as for her significant contributions to research and journal development at Sona School of Management.
- A passionate educator, Dr. Thenmozhi is known for introducing innovative teaching methodologies that enrich the learning experience. She strongly emphasizes holistic development, value-based education, and life skills, with a vision to nurture responsible global citizens and future leaders.

She has published numerous research articles in reputed national and international journals and has guided M.Phil. scholars. She serves as a Member of the Board of Studies and has also contributed as Academic Director of a CBSE school.

Her academic leadership is further reflected in organizing faculty development programs, seminars, and international conferences, where she has served as Convener. She has undertaken consultancy projects and played a vital role in establishing international collaborations through MoUs with global universities.
