The office of the Controller of Examinations was established in the year 2024 after getting autonomous status. The CoE office at Dhirajlal Gandhi College of Technology is a special unit that manages and facilitates a smooth test process for students. The legitimacy and dependability of the educational institution's evaluation process are enhanced by the CoE office's assurance that the complete examination system runs in an orderly, transparent, and professional manner.
The CoE office is in charge of announcing exam schedules based on the academic calendar, preparing question papers, administering exams, evaluating answer scripts, declaring results, issuing grade sheets to students, and recommending degrees to universities. Students take their semester-end exams in November/December and April/May of each academic year.
